The way I live my life now is so very quite different to how I used to function. I exercise daily, I food prep, I don’t overeat, I control bad habits, I think positively, I make myself accountable. After getting used to eating differently it is pretty much all I know now.


I drink, I eat chocolate, I go out for dinner, I have girls’ nights weekends away. I am NOT ON A DIET.


I keep an eye on my weight and measurements by getting this checked 2 – 3 weekly. Sounds a bit cliché but I do not want to eat crap. I want to eat healthy, fresh nutrient dense quality food. By thinking ahead, food preparation and wanting to stay healthy and fitter for the rest of my life. I manage to stay within my health goals.  One of the most important things I managed to achieve was to lower my bodyfat % from a staggering 36% to under 10% today. High bodyfat can mean you are more like to develop obesity related diseases including heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, and type 2 diabetes.

I am feeling so much more alive, so my attitude has improved, I communicate better, feel better about my shape & clothes and have found that I actually do enjoy eating vegetables!


Give it a try, Audrey is full of encouragement and smiles, you can work at your own pace (no-one is pressuring me to run on the treadmill instead of walk etc.) but with her guidance and advice I am getting great results and I wish I had done this a lot sooner!

Audrey’s help with my diet / food knowledge to be priceless! She has taught me that eating healthy doesn’t have to take forever or be hard & now I find that I easily reach for a healthier option when on the go (and my days don’t start with a V and muffin) What I love most is that my plan is in a great app on my phone that I can take with me everywhere, it even makes a supermarket list! The gym plans have been easy to follow and i now feel more confident using the machines in the gym! My workouts are always varied so I never get bored and I have been able to tone my body overall which has lead to feeling far more confident in myself again! Today I ran 2.5 km on my gravel road then down the tarseal hill and walked up fast which is about 1km then home which is on a slight uphill rise if you can imagine 5kms in total and only walked 700m of the 5km. Hi all, after finishing the detox program down 5.2kg, feeling so much energy now, what to give the transformation stage the same 100%. Gym at 5.30 with the workout plan followed by 30 mins spin bike workout. This morning yummy peanut butter smoothie, just finished second snack peaches/ coconut yoghurt, great to have different foods. Liking what I see in this week's meal plan.

I have been with Audrey since August 2020 (I had been previously back when she first started revitalise). I joined up to Audrey's 21-day challenge once my little one hit 7 months. Audrey put me on a healthy eating plan, made sure I ate HEAPS of good stuff, exercised regularly. I started seeing changes! I managed to increase my weight through an increase in muscle mass - up over 14kgs of muscle!


In 2021 I started training for bodybuilding competitions with the only goal of being confident enough to get on stage. And I did it!!! Not only that but I won Shape 30+ at the NABBA Nationals!

lifestyle choices. It took a lot of courage to reach out and ask for help but I'm glad I did. First off Audrey is an amazing coach and person, with a bright, bubbly and calming personality I feel really comfortable and at ease around her. She has explained everything to me throughly and in terms I could understand. (No doctor speak). So Audrey placed me on a nutrition plan which is easy and simple to follow. As well as increased my steps, which was barely anything before I started the plan. In 2 short months i have lost 11 kilos. And increase my step count to 5000 steps a day which is alot for me. I know I have a long journey ahead of me and I know Audrey and the team (julie) have my back and are cheering for me too. I'm really excited to move forward and start making some long term goals for myself. No more excuses. Thanks.

Since starting on my journey with Audrey I have become fitter healthier and stronger in body and mind. I have recently started to notice simple things in life like lifting the kids up, bending down to play on the ground, running around, gardening, jumping on the tramp are so much easier. 



These are things I didn't realise I was struggling with prior to starting this journey. I have been following Audrey's program for 3months and I feel both mentally and physically stronger for it. The meals are simple,

easy and delicious. Even my children love them.



When I first started on the program as I was going through the work out I wondered how the heck I was going to 1). do the exercises (inch worm ) and 2). stick to it. But with perseverance and support from Audrey I now look forward to my workouts. I have definitely had times where I have struggled and wanted to give up. Some days are just hard!!!! But I've learnt that pushing through the "hard days" are worth it. Because at the end of the session there's nothing better than thinking yussss I did it and I feel amazing for it now. I've also learnt that on these hard days are the perfect time to check in with Audrey and complete her check in form because these are the times I'm feeling weak and tempted to binge. I can always count on her to snap me out of my negative mindset and provide support and encouragement.


I now eat three healthy meals a day, Work out 4-5 days a week, drink at least two litres of water a day and I am the happiest I have been with my body in a very very long time. Not only has this journey had a positive effect on me but also the rest of my family because I am genuinely happier, more energetic, and healthier than before. I encourage everyone to follow the program and if you are struggling then please do reach out and ask for help. DON'T GIVE UP!!!.



To Date I have lost 8.5kg.

'm getting there, lockdown has been a challenge because I've been too anxious to eat all my meals, and I haven't been sleeping very well, which I know has a flow on effect. I've tried my hardest to make myself have all the in between snacks etc.



The exercise plans have been great though, I find exercise to be my stress outlet, I just put my earplugs in and go to another place in my head (if that makes sense). We have a home gym set up in our sleepout, so I have a crosstrainer, treadmill,

and rowing machine, along with a box, step, multifunctional weights machine, weights bench, squat rack/bar & everyday weights. The sleepout has quickly become my happy place.



I'm trying to reach a goal of 65kgs, so I'm half way and determined not to stop until I get there. After that it's maintaining that healthy weight so I can keep up with my crazy active kids!



Your programme is so good, I'm really glad I pushed myself to join.

Met one of my mini goals today.... just did the last two sets of my chest press pressing 40kg..... when I started I was only really managing sets with the bar by itself.



Oh my goodness I am so proud of myself. I have been away for work and everything is put on/paid for....I went out for breakfast dinner and lunch everyday for 4 and on top of that massive morning and afternoon tea were put on. I didnt get a choice about where we are, the serving sizes in

restaurants were huge. Everyone says how much weight you put on when in this job (I can see why). I couldnt even come close to my scheduled programme of food. But I was really careful, I did my best to apply the principals in my programmes food. I focused on good quality proteins, avoided anything fried, being gluten free meant people gave me a bit of leeway, the toughest bit was getting the right carbs....BUT I was really disciplined, maintaining my fuel over the day but walking away or asking the waitress to take my plate when I had enough....... and I did it. Not only did I not put on weight....I lost it!!!!!!!!



Ps also went to the gym 3 times at 4:50 am!!!!!

I have found your plan great and managed to consistantly lose weight over the last 3.5 months.



 Quick back story/ reason for my lifestyle change. I started a business 3 years ago and have had to work all the hours I can, 7 days a week to get it off the ground which subsequently led me to eat fast food alot and irregularly. My job also went from being on the tools to a lot of office work which led to weight gain.

Then just over a year ago I dislocated my ankle and broke my heel and ankle. During this time I got up to 108kg. I Iost 4kg when I got mobile again but struggled from there. I was also feeling bad about being too tired and unfit to do the things with my kids I used to do so I searched the web and found your app.



It was different to how I was used to eating, especially for lunch and breakfast. But I saw results almost immediately. I now enjoy eating whole foods and have lost 12 kgs. I am aiming to get down to 87kg eventually which now seems achievable. With work being so busy


 this year I haven't had time to do my exercise programme much but I go to the park with the kids and dogs regularly which seems to be sufficient for the mean time until I can get some more regular work hours.




I have tried many diets over the years but this has been a lifestyle change for me which makes it sustainable. I am fitting clothes I thought I wouldn't ever fit again so thanks for that.

Hi all, Ive been with Audrey McCosh for a number of years. I go in and out of a weight loss journey, have done a few fastening and detox. This last 10 days, detox, I feel was the best. I'm not one for veges, although my taste buds are changing. There is some great recipes that I will certainly use again and have tried some new products that I will keep, eg Sauerkraut, cummin powder. I'm not a creative person with spices, so generally stick to what the recipe says, which at times had been my downfall

on this detox same old salad s, however pushed through it, if I can do it anyone can, have a goal. I lost a significant amount of weight a few years ago and said to myself that I won't go back to my fat clothes. When I need help, Audrey has always been there to steer my back in the right direction. I've lost 2 kg this time wrapped with the result, my skin is a whole lot better. Sleeping much better. My name is Maryanne Okkerse and I have just completed Audrey's 10 day detox program. I have lost 3k which is fantastic and I mean to carry on with most of the plan. When I first saw what was involved I thought I could never do it but after wanting to lose weight and feel fitter and better I gave it my best shot and was amazed at how good and strong I felt. Next was Audrey's weight loss plan (the meat came back lol) The weight started coming down every week and my measurements too. The best thing I’ve noticed is I have a new appreciation for my food and I’m learning more and more about what my body needs to run properly and be healthy. Audrey has an awesome program with an app that has all my meal plans (the food it so yum and easy to prep) and workout programs on it with videos so you know how to do a 'bird dog' lol) It also tracks my journey so I can see my progress. 


Most importantly Audrey is there when I need her, answers my questions lol and checks in with me regularly, she encourages me, and keeps me on track.
