AUDREY MCCOSH

Greetings! I'm Audrey McCosh, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience as a Qualified Nutritionist/Natural Therapist and Personal Trainer. My journey in the health and wellness industry started with a passion for staying fit and healthy, engaging in activities like horse riding, running, tramping, and hiking.


I bring a unique coaching style to the table, integrating the power of food as medicine and purposeful exercise to foster muscle growth and functional movement. Having served as the National Sales Manager of one of NZ's largest Supplement Companies, I understand the demands of a busy life.


My personal journey took an unexpected turn when, amidst managing a hectic schedule of around 100 hours a week, running a gym, and caring for my 2-year-old, I faced significant health challenges. Diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue, I gained 40kgs despite maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Determined to overcome these setbacks, I pursued studies in naturopathy.


Through the transformative combination of nutrition, exercise, and natural therapies, I not only conquered my own illness but also successfully shed the extra weight. My achievements include being awarded NABBA Coach of the Year, personal success in bodybuilding, and thriving in my chosen career paths. I take pride in having assisted thousands of individuals in redefining their future through improved health and fitness.


My enduring goal is to extend my support to even more clients, spreading awareness about the profound benefits of nutrition, and guiding individuals to adopt these principles for a lifetime. I am particularly passionate about helping women navigate through the challenges of menopause.
